History
Born into a family of builders and real estate agents, Rob is the 3rd generation of accomplished local developers. Residential building projects have long been a part of Rob’s life. Among many others in the extended family, his father is a developer/builder in the Edmonds area. After receiving degrees in Public Relations and Marketing from Washington State University Rob began his career in the industry managing the construction of high-end residential projects for his father’s company. The branch into buying and selling real estate was natural and seamless. He now combines his skills doing both project management consultation and residential sales, the cross over in these two disciplines is unquestionably an advantage for Rob in a competitive market.
